What is EasyVisa?

EasyVisa is a digital self-service (DIY) platform designed to help individuals navigate international opportunities such as immigration, licensing, job pathways, and global mobility. It is not an immigration firm, legal advisor, or recruitment agency. Instead, EasyVisa provides structured, technology-driven tools that organize publicly available information into clear, step-by-step workflows.

Through a unified user profile, EasyVisa helps individuals track their progress, understand requirements, and identify potential pathways based on their own data. The platform offers features such as eligibility insights, document organization, automated reminders, and guided checklists—enabling users to manage their process with greater clarity, efficiency, and confidence.

EasyVisa may also surface relevant programs, learning resources, or third-party opportunities; however, it does not represent, endorse, or act on behalf of any government, employer, or institution. All decisions, applications, and outcomes remain solely the responsibility of the user and the official authorities involved.

Basic access to the platform is available free of charge, with optional paid features for enhanced tools and support. EasyVisa does not guarantee outcomes, provide legal advice, or act as an intermediary in applications. Its role is limited to providing a structured, user-driven platform that supports informed decision-making.

2 – Equal Opportunities

Access to the EasyVisa platform and its services is provided equally and without discrimination to all users, regardless of nationality or citizenship.

5 - Refund Policy

EasyVisa may offer refunds in limited circumstances, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and this Refund Policy. All refund requests will be assessed fairly, reasonably, and based on the specific circumstances of each case, including the timing of the request and the stage of service delivery.

If a cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment, EasyVisa may issue a refund, subject to a fixed administrative fee of up to 10% of the total service fee, reflecting reasonable operational costs incurred.

Processing of services is deemed to commence once the application has been reviewed and assigned to a case officer or when any substantive work has begun. After this stage, refunds may be reduced or unavailable depending on the level of work completed.

In the case of confirmed technical errors, including duplicate payments, EasyVisa will issue a full refund for the affected transaction without deductions, provided that sufficient supporting documentation is submitted.

Where an application must be discontinued during early processing stages for valid operational, legal, or compliance reasons, EasyVisa may issue a partial refund, proportionate to the services not yet delivered, after deducting reasonable administrative and processing costs.

For express or expedited services, if EasyVisa is unable to meet the stated processing timeframe or cannot complete the service due to internal limitations, the express service fee will be refunded in full. This does not affect fees related to standard services already performed.

Any excess amounts collected in error, including unused third-party or issuing authority fees, will be refunded once verified.

Refunds are generally not available for bundled or package services once processing has commenced, except where cancellation occurs within the initial 24-hour period or where required by applicable law. Requests for changes, removals, or cancellations of submitted documents after defined service milestones may not be eligible for a refund.

Fees for premium or value-added services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or substantially performed. Charges related to report access, downloads, or subscription-based services are non-refundable after activation, except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.

EasyVisa does not guarantee specific outcomes of applications submitted to third-party authorities, including governments or regulatory bodies. As such, fees are generally non-refundable in cases of refusal, delay, or adverse decisions by such authorities, unless the outcome is directly attributable to an error or omission on the part of EasyVisa or where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that consumers may have under applicable laws. Where such laws require refunds or remedies, EasyVisa will comply accordingly.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to EasyVisa’s support team, along with relevant supporting documentation. EasyVisa aims to review and respond to all refund requests within 10 business days.

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
