Dr. Eagle has been a guiding light since his appointment in February 2025, laying the groundwork for one of Alberta’s newest health agencies. His innovative leadership has brought essential changes in how Alberta handles surgical, emergency, and hospital care.
Under his guidance, a robust leadership structure was formed, pathways for accountability were created, and partnerships were built that improved care transitions from hospitals to communities.
“It has been a pleasure to lead this new agency dedicated to improving the health care system for Albertans,” Dr. Eagle expressed. His confidence in Acute Care Alberta’s future is inspiring!
