If you’re in the Express Entry pool, exciting changes have just rolled in! From August 17 to September 28, the number of top-scoring profiles surged, even with the overall number of profiles dipping by over 3,100. What does this mean for you? Let’s dive in!

First off, the 501-600 score range saw an increase of 1,601 profiles. That makes the competition a bit tougher! But don't worry, knowing how competitive your profile is against others can actually help you strategize better in the future.

Speaking of competitiveness, we’ve gathered data on scores in the Express Entry pool as of September 28. For instance, if you're scoring between 481-490, there are currently 12,473 candidates in that bracket, while those scoring between 501-600 have a whopping 24,531 profiles vying for the top.

September was also a big month for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) as they issued 10,018 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) across various categories, marking a significant increase from last month!
