This October, we’re shining a spotlight on the incredible achievements of women in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics — also known as STEM! Celebrated annually during the third week of the month, Women in STEM Week recognizes the vital contributions of women throughout history.

Alberta’s government is committed to making sure all women have the chance to succeed in their chosen careers. Our Women in STEM Scholarship is one way we’re investing in the future, helping to lift the voices of women and empower them to navigate fields where they have often been underrepresented.
