Great news for aspiring immigrants! Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) specifically for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates through the Express Entry system.

To be eligible for this draw, candidates needed to have a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 534 and created an Express Entry profile before 4:01 a.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on February 21, 2025.

This marks the 10th CEC draw of the year, and it’s the third consecutive draw featuring a size of 1,000 ITAs at the same cut-off score. IRCC has been consistent with monthly CEC draws since August.

In fact, as of now, IRCC has issued a whopping 66,838 ITAs in 2025 alone! It’s clear that the focus this year has been on the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), but there’s still ample opportunity for CEC candidates.
