The changes to The Legal Profession Act, 1990, allow non-lawyers to provide specific legal services after being reviewed and licensed. This means more folks can get the help they need without the usual obstacles.

Justice Minister Tim McLeod shares that access to justice is crucial for strong communities and families. With this new law, more legal professionals can support people in areas like small claims, family law, wills, and even helping those who choose to represent themselves in court.
