Here's what you should know:

• Lower Qualification Thresholds: If you're looking to start a business outside the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), the net worth requirement is now just $400K, with an investment of $100K. For those starting within HRM, it remains at $600K net worth and $150K investment.
• Invitations to Apply (ITAs): The IPG can now issue ITAs to strategically chosen candidates who can support key sectors, which means better opportunities for you!
• Improved Application Process: Say goodbye to paperwork headaches! There's now a simplified online application process that makes it easier to submit your application.
• Real Estate Opportunities: If you’re interested in real estate development and construction, you may also qualify under certain conditions, especially if your business can bring significant benefits to Nova Scotia.
