This week has brought some exciting updates from the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP)! The province has issued additional Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for those looking to settle in beautiful BC. If you’ve been considering making the move, this is your chance!

On October 2, the BC PNP held draws in two categories: Skills Immigration and Entrepreneur Immigration. A total of 485 invitations were sent out, which included 474 for skilled workers and 11 for entrepreneurs.

For the Skills Immigration category, to qualify, candidates needed to meet one of two criteria: either earn a minimum wage of $90/hour or have a job offer in certain high-demand occupations, or score at least 140 points in the BC PNP's scoring system.

On the other hand, for the Entrepreneur Immigration Base Stream, applicants needed to demonstrate personal net worth and business experience, along with the ability to create jobs in BC. It’s a great opportunity for those looking to invest and grow their business.
