Highly Qualified and Specialized Skills Stream
In this draw, 227 skilled workers were invited who had:
- Experience living in Quebec
- An eligible diploma from a Quebec university, college, or vocational school
- A minimum score of 760 on the Quebec scoring grid

Exceptional Talent Stream
Four exceptional candidates, who held a PhD and had substantial experience, were also invited. If you have unique talents and skills, don't hesitate to explore this path!
