Latest Express Entry Draw: What You Need to Know!

Hey there, future Canadians! 🌍 Have you heard about the latest updates from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)? They just issued more invitations to apply (ITA) through their Express Entry system, and we’ve got the scoop!

In a recent draw, IRCC invited 291 candidates for the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). If you’re looking to join in on the fun, here's what you need to know:

• You needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 855.
• Your Express Entry candidate profile had to be created before 1:25 a.m. UTC on April 8, 2025.

This year has seen a total of 65,838 ITAs issued, with a strong focus on PNPs. If you’re curious about how many ITAs were given in different categories, take a look:

• French proficiency: 30,000
• Canadian Experience Class: 21,850

• Provincial Nominee Program: 6,947
• Education: 3,500
• Trade: 1,250
