Get Your Refund: What You Need to Know!

Hello there! If you've applied to the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) before August 2, 2018, and have received a letter regarding your eligibility for a refund, this post is for you.

The good news is the Ministry is moving forward with processing refunds for those applications as part of a new effort to better meet the needs of Québec's labor market. If you haven't received a decision on your application by June 16, 2019, you can now request your money back.

Here’s how to get started:

• Access the Online Refund Form: This is where you’ll submit your claim.
• Fill Out Your Information: Provide all requested details carefully.
• Attach Required Documents: Don’t forget a photocopy of your passport’s identity page and a specimen cheque if your bank is in Canada!
• Hit Submit: After checking your info, simply click the “Submit” button.

Your refund will come through a bank transfer based on the details you provided, but remember that processing times depend on your bank!

If online forms aren’t your thing, you can print the form and mail it to the Ministry. Just make sure everything is in order!
